In our conversations together, you will have the time and space you need to gently explore the difficulties and obstacles you face, as well as your hopes and dreams.

You’ll have the opportunity to dig a little deeper within yourself, to gain some understanding of what holds you back in life and what nourishes, moves and motivates you.

My aim in working alongside you is to ask the questions and give the feedback that might help you to deepen your own awareness and to provide you with the emotional support that you might need to take either tentative or giant steps forward! All in a way that I hope is engaging, life changing and challenging, with humour and sensitivity.

I am trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, which gives me an understanding of what can make people tick and how to support change & growth and I have a long experience of working with individuals and organisations in doing just that. I receive regular supervision and adhere to the codes of practice adopted by BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy)

Wondering how to go about engaging in a conversation with me? It’s easy. We will start with a free exploratory session to get to the nitty gritty. From there we will talk and solidify your needs and wants and start planning a way forward.

You can access my support in whatever way suits you, Generally I would suggest meeting on a regular basis for maybe 6-12 weeks, but just a couple of sessions might be enough for you, and some people may want and need longer term support. . Each session lasts between 50-60 minutes.
